At Pineridge Dental Clinic, we value our clients. When you enter our doors, we want you to feel comfortable and at ease. Please review our policies and procedures and give us a call if you have any questions.

Appointments and Office Policies

We are happy that you have chosen us as your primary dental care provider. We ensure that each time you visit, you feel welcome and safe. Whether you are a regular or visiting for the first time, we are pleased that you are taking the time to care for your dental health. 

In our waiting room, we provide water, coffee, and free Wifi. (COVID-19 RULES COULD AFFECT THIS).

Appointment Policies

  • As a courtesy, we send call or text reminder notices three to four weeks before your appointment.
  • We make call, text, or email confirmations two to five days before any appointment. Please ensure that you can attend your appointments.
  • Please give us a two business day notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment

Insurance Coverage Policies

  • As per the Canadian Personal Privacy Act, we cannot access information from your dental insurance company.
  • Please keep current and informed of the parameters of your insurance policy.
  • We offer direct billing, but you must have a valid credit card or visa debit card. Your insurance company must also accept this service.
  • Please be aware that your payment is due the day of the service, unless other arrangements have been made.
